Flash dryer principle:

The hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at an appropriate spout rate from the inlet pipe, which has a strong shearing, floating and rotating effect on the material. Therefore, the material is particulate due to centrifugation, shearing and collision friction, which enhances mass and heat transfer.

The material enters the dryer from the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirrer, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shearing. The bulk material is quickly crushed and fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried. The dehydrated dry powder rises with the heat, and the classifying ring will retain the large particles, while the small particles will be discharged from the center of the ring out of the dryer, which will be recovered by the cyclone separator. The material is not completely dried or thrown to the wall by the centrifugal force, and then falls back to the bottom to be crushed and dried.

As the gas-solid phase rotates, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, the relative velocity of the gas-solid phase is larger, and the heat transfer property of the gas-solid phase is enhanced, so the production intensity of the machine is high.

Applicable Scope:

Organic compounds: Atrazine (pesticide and pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, bactericidal Dan, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, organic pigment, etc.

Dye: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.

Because the material is subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction and is highly dispersed, the speed of solid-gas phase is relatively high, which enhances the mass transfer and heat transfer and makes the machine produce high strength.

Drying gas into the bottom of the dryer, produce a strong rotating airflow, on the wall of the material has a strong scour out effect, eliminate the phenomenon of wall adhesion. In the low part and high temperature area of the dryer, thermosensitive material does not contact with the hot surface directly, and is equipped with a special device to solve the problem of coking and discoloration of thermosensitive material.

Because of the high gas speed in the drying room, the material stay time is short, to achieve high efficiency, fast, small equipment, large output. The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a ceramic separator ring and a swirl plate to control the particle size and temperature of the outlet material so as to meet the requirements of the final moisture particle size of different materials.
