Adaptive materials


Organic matter: at Dejin (pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, bactericide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, organic pigment.


Dyestuff: antimony, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various intermediate of azo dyestuff.


Inorganic materials: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.


Food: soybean protein, gelatinized starch, chute, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.


Working criteria


Hot air tangents enter the bottom of the dryer and are driven by an agitator to produce a strong rotating wind field. The paste material enters the dryer through a screw feeder. Under the strong action of high-speed rotating propeller, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear force. Bulk materials are crushed rapidly and in full contact with hot air and heated to dry. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot air flow. Large particles shall be reserved for grading and environmental protection. The small particles leave the dryer from the center of the ring and are recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. It will not dry or bulk materials will be affected by centrifugal force. Then return to the bottom to be crushed and dried.
