Double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying equipment developed by our company on the basis of domestic similar product technology. Heating medium and vacuum system use reliable mechanical seal or rotary joint of American technology. As a professional drying equipment factory, we provide you with everything you need, from high-temperature heat transfer oil used for medium temperature heating to medium temperature steam and low-temperature hot water. Working criteria

1) heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam or heat transfer oil) is pumped into the sealing middle layer, and heat is transferred to dry materials through the inner shell;

2) driven by the power, the water tank rotates slowly and continuously stirs the materials to achieve the purpose of strengthening the drying;

3) when the material is in the vacuum state, the vapor pressure drops, saturates and evaporates the water on the surface of the material, and then it is discharged by the vacuum pump and recycled in time. There are three continuous processes of internal moisture, which penetrate into the surface, evaporate and discharge. The material can be dried in a short time.

Applicable materials

Concentrate, mix and dry chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry powders, granular materials and fibers, or materials that require low-temperature drying (e.g., biological products). It is more suitable for drying materials that are easy to oxidize, volatilize, heat sensitive, highly irritating, toxic or not allowed to destroy their crystals.
