The high temperature atmosphere controlled copper brazing furnace for industrial continuous conveyor belt is made of Swedish nickel alloy plate, which contains rare earth elements, has high structural strength, small thermal deformation and long service life.


The cooling section adopts the technology of separating the cooling muffle furnace from the welding and welding lines of the cooling sleeve, which can ensure that the brazed workpiece is bright and will not be oxidized.


The cooling part is equipped with a heat exchanger, which can greatly improve the cooling speed of the workpiece.


The special design can make each heating zone realize stepless voltage regulation and ensure the temperature stability of the heating furnace. The furnace temperature stability can reach ± 1 ℃.


The unique explosion-proof design uses various warning and circuit interlocking automatic protection devices to ensure the safe operation of the furnace.
