Continuous Atmosphere Aluminum radiator brazing furnace is used to braze aluminum heat exchanger in protective nitrogen atmosphere, such as radiator, intercooler, evaporator and heater radiator.
Continuous Atmosphere Aluminum radiator brazing furnace advantages:
1. Natural gas burners and control solenoid valves are both sinor brands in China.
2. Each burner is equipped with an independent gas valve control system.
3. The temperature controller can automatically adjust the flame size by air-fuel ratio to achieve uniform temperature control.
4. The oven adopts independent conveyor belt and stepless frequency control system.
5. One side of the furnace body is provided with cleaning and maintenance holes.
6. The preheater is equipped with a heat exchanger for heat recovery and utilization. The discharged heat can be recovered twice and used in the drying oven, and the air is preheated to save energy.
