Vacuum Atmosphere Box type Furnace

The vacuum atmosphere box furnace is completely sealed by the outside of the metal cover, the cover is double-layer design, the middle layer is water-cooled structure, and the surface temperature is low. The furnace adopts U-type molybdenum silicide rod heating element, which has fast temperature rise and long service life. The heat storage capacity of ceramic fiber bed is low. The equipment can pre vacuumize to 50pA, control various atmospheres, and is suitable for anaerobic sintering of various materials.

The maximum operating temperature in a vacuum environment is 1550 ° C (the maximum service temperature is 1600 ° C in argon and 1450 ° C in nitrogen.)


Intelligent pre programmed temperature controller: it can precisely control the temperature, edit, save and transfer multiple programs.


The sealing method is double-layer furnace cover water-cooled external sealing with low surface temperature.


Overheat protection function: when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value, the power supply will automatically turn off.


Safety protection: the power is automatically turned off when the furnace body leaks current.


Standard configuration: rotary mechanical pump, gas calibration rotameter.
