This series of electric box furnace is a batch operation furnace, which can be used for normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, quenching and other heat treatment of carbon steel, alloy steel, high speed steel and other metal parts. The organic liquid can be dropped into the cracking atmosphere of the furnace to achieve little oxidation heating.
Box annealing furnace of features:
1. The use of super light refractory brick (0.6 / m3) and ceramic fiber mixed lining greatly shortens the start-up heating time and saves up to 20% - 30% of energy.
2. The specially designed furnace door and roller are sealed, and the built-in electric heating wire ensures excellent furnace door sealing and even furnace temperature.
3. Dual thermocouple control: one thermocouple is used to test furnace temperature and the other thermocouple is used for overheat protection.
4. The furnace is equipped with interlock protection device, which can prevent faults and accidents caused by misoperation.
5. Intelligent digital temperature control system is adopted, with clear reading, convenient adjustment, high temperature control accuracy, simple structure, safety and reliability.
