Box type heat treatment furnace is a flexible single chamber furnace designed to meet many processing requirements. Box furnace is used for normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, quenching and other high temperature heat treatment of carbon steel, alloy steel, high speed steel and other metal parts. These methods adopt different heating methods, including electric, direct combustion or indirect gas.
The box furnace can be designed as a vertical lifting door or a side door, so that products of various sizes can be put into the furnace, which can be customized to meet many processing requirements. Multi zone heating technology can be integrated to maintain excellent temperature uniformity of parts and obtain heating and cooling curves.
