Box type heat treatment atmosphere furnace
This series of box type heat treatment furnace is a kind of heat treatment equipment operated periodically. The maximum temperature of its chamber can reach 1000 ℃, and it can work continuously at 950 ℃ or lower. The wall of the furnace heating chamber is embedded with stainless steel plate to ensure the cleanness of the heating chamber and the small size of the treated workpiece without pollution. The material frame is made of stainless steel and has multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh inside. In this way, the small workpiece can be loaded into the material rack, and the protective gas can pass through the surface of the workpiece to be processed successfully, which is more convenient for the loading and unloading of the workpiece.
The furnace adopts PLC controller to realize the automatic operation of heat treatment process, such as opening / closing door, inert gas input, over temperature alarm, over pressure in the box, over current (overload) protection of power supply, etc.

Series box type resistance furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace door, heating elements and power control cabinet.
One kind. The furnace shell is welded by structural steel.
B. The feeding room is made of high alumina brick and alumina fiber blanket. A furnace shell and a heating chamber are filled between a luminum silicate refractory fiber and an expanded perlite. Stainless steel workshop is installed in the furnace.
C. The heating element is a resistance tap, which is fixed on the wall and bottom of the heating chamber.
D. The opening and closing of the door is finished by the mechanical driver controlled by PLC controller. The travel switch is installed on the bottom furnace door, and the door will stop automatically when it is fully opened / closed. At the same time, it is interlocked with the heating element and the hot air ring fan. When the door is opened, the heating power will be cut off automatically to ensure the safety of the operator.
E. A thermocouple is inserted into the working chamber from the hole, which is arranged on the furnace top, and the temperature working chamber controlled by the thermocouple passes through the power control cabinet.
