Rod type aluminum alloy aging furnace

The stick type aluminum alloy aging furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation furnace. It is mainly used for aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy casting, aluminum alloy die casting, aluminum alloy hub, aluminum profile, aluminum alloy plate, aluminum alloy grid plate, piston, etc. under high average temperature.

Brief introduction of structure

The structure of rod type aluminum alloy aging furnace is similar to that of ordinary furnace. It consists of shell, lining, door, automobile, heating element, fan device and temperature control system.

The shell of electric furnace is welded with frame steel. The inner and outer walls are made of excellent cold-rolled steel plate, with small thermal deformation coefficient. Aluminum silicate refractory fiber needled blanket is used as heat insulation material to reduce the temperature rise of furnace wall.

Loading car is common to quenching furnace.

The door shell is also welded with steel as the frame, the outer wall is also made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the inner lining is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber needle blanket as the heat insulation material.

The rubber asbestos plate is embedded around the furnace mouth. After the furnace door is closed, the rubber asbestos plate is close to the furnace mouth to protect against heat dissipation.

The heating element of the rod type aluminum alloy aging furnace is tubular heater, which is arranged on both sides of the furnace and bogie. The resistance wire adopts high resistance alloy wire, and the outer tube adopts titanium tube, which has a long service life. In order to protect the uniformity of furnace temperature, the electric furnace is equipped with fan device and air guide system. The fan device is installed on the top of the furnace body, and the fan is made of heat-resistant steel centrifugal. The air guide system is composed of air guide plate and air guide plate. The air guide is installed on the top of the furnace and provided with an air guide groove. When the fan is turned on, the fan is thrown out of the fan, evenly blows to the heater on both sides of the furnace through the air guide slot, blows into the furnace through the vent on the lower part of the windshield, then draws in the fan from the vent on the lower part of the fan, and then throws it away. In this way, the heat generated by the heater is brought into the furnace, so that the workpiece is evenly heated.
