Introduction:
Heat treatment equipment provides annealing, tempering, quenching, carburizing, nitriding, heating to the workpieces.

Quenching furnace is non-standard electric furnace made according to customer's requirements. It's mainly used in quenching and heating treatment.
The furnace workpiece with hanging operation, thermal cycle is good, the temperature is more uniform.
After heating, the workpiece can bedescended quickly from the furnace to the pool with quenching medium. The time is within 12 seconds.
The temperature control system is with PID zero-crossing trigger thyristor and Shanghai Guolong high precision intelligent temperature controller. This furnace is stability. The over-temperature alarm dual control ensure that the workpiece is not over heating.
The mechanical transmission part of the electric furnace uses chain control and operation.
Electric furnace is consisted with heating furnace, lift mechanism, quenching mechanism and control system.
