The pit type furnace
A brief
RJ2 series pit furnace is the national standard energy saving batch heat treatment furnace, mainly used for the bar, long shaft, roller, 45 steel, stainless steel and other metal materials and mechanical parts quenching, tempering, annealing and aging heat treatment. The workpiece is lifted vertically into the furnace, which is not easy to deform. Electricity or natural gas can be used for heating, with electricity as the heat source, called pit resistance furnace.
The structure of the body
Well type quenching furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace cover and lifting device, lining, heating device and temperature control device of main parts, such as furnace for cylindrical deep well, workpiece vertically installed in the heating furnace, furnace is usually placed under the ground plane in the workshop, over and above the ground plane is placed, or fluctuate every half a layer of the ground.
