Bell type sintering furnace
The bell jar sintering furnace is a periodically operated high-temperature sintering furnace, and the settler platform is lifted by a shear hydraulic system or a helical lifting system. This type of furnace can be used for sintering zirconia ceramic ferrules, ceramic filters, ceramic phone cases and other products.
Features:
Operating temperature: 1350 ℃ and 155 ℃.
Special riveting structure is selected to fix the furnace, which will not crack or collapse after long use.
Linear guide rail design, smooth movement, no jitter, loading and unloading products is very convenient and safe.
The corundum mullite embedded in the bottom of the pad can strengthen the support to prevent the pad from sinking.
Japan import multi-channel program control temperature, PID adjustment, meet the requirements of sintering, can store multi-section process curve.
Overheating protection function, overheating automatically shut down.
