combustion system:


The furnace group adopts regenerative combustion system, which is an advanced technology in the field of low emission and efficient combustion of NOx. The combustion system PLC is automatic and has perfect interlock and alarm functions. The main flame of aluminum melting furnace adopts manual control mode of big fire and small fire, which has good energy saving effect and realizes intelligent management.

Furnace door and opening and closing system


1) adopt furnace door of proper size: convenient for forklift to feed and load slag. It is also necessary to avoid overheating of furnace due to too large furnace door and too fast heat dissipation when opening.


2) lifting: equipped with chain wheel, chain and counterweight bucket. The counterweight bucket is lifted electrically to realize simple and reliable operation.


3) compaction: adopt self weight compaction, save travel switch, improve the reliability of furnace door.


4) the door counterweight bucket is equipped with a guide chute to ensure that the counterweight bucket will not shake when the door is up and down.


5) the slag guide plate is set at the lower part of the furnace door to make the aluminum slag enter the slag hopper smoothly and prevent the high temperature aluminum slag from deforming the steel structure of the furnace body.
