Working rules:
Siemens IGBT high-power all solid state inverter module technology, the output current of strong frequency induction heating device is generated through induction coil strong magnetic field. Eddy current heating operation is formed on the surface under the action of magnetic field to heat the workpiece rapidly.
Main features:
1. Heating: the fastest heating is less than one second, and the heating speed can be adjusted and controlled.
2. Energy saving: the thermal efficiency is more than 95%, which is the perfect substitute of silicon, gas, B decision, coke and electric furnace.

4. Small floor area: the floor area less than 1 square meter is light and easy to move.
5. Machine installation, simple operation, no need for site debugging, water and electricity.
6. With electromagnetic stirring function, it can make the melt more uniform, help scum, reduce impurities, and make more light without casting liquid or melt shrinkage.
