Graphite crucible furnace

Graphite crucible melting furnace is mainly used for melting and heat preservation of aluminum, as well as low melting point non-ferrous metals and alloys such as zinc, tin, copper, lead and cadmium. The furnace has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, simple structure, convenient control and low power consumption.


structural morphology


The furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover, crucible, electric heater, temperature control system, aluminum leak and aluminum leak alarm device.


1. shell


The furnace shell is ring-shaped, welded by steel plate and section steel, and the furnace panel is made of 10 mm Q235 steel plate.


2. lining


The furnace lining is made of high alumina refractory brick, light insulating brick and aluminum silicate fiber cotton. This energy-saving lining structure has the advantages of fast temperature rise, good heat preservation performance and remarkable energy-saving effect.


3. Electric heater


The electric heater adopts the helix high resistance electric heating alloy 0cr25al5 resistance wire, which has good corrosion resistance, stable shape and high efficiency.


4. furnace lid


The furnace cover is a split type, which is composed of two semicircle furnace covers. One side is fixed on the furnace plate through a rotating shaft, and the other side has a handle, so that the furnace cover can be opened and closed flexibly.

5. crucible


It can be equipped with graphite crucible or stainless steel crucible according to the needs of users.


Advantages of graphite crucible: excellent thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance.


Advantages of stainless steel crucible: long service life, more cost-effective.


6. Tilting device


The furnace can be designed to be inclined. Manual tilt and electric tilt are available.


7. Control system


The furnace is controlled by intelligent digital display PID, with temperature control, over temperature alarm, automatic power-off protection and other functions, which can ensure accurate and reliable temperature control.


8. Aluminum leak and aluminum leak alarm device


The furnace bottom is equipped with aluminum leakage hole and aluminum leakage alarm device, which is convenient to replace and can effectively protect the furnace body.
